Eddie
Aprile: He is our President and founder. In 1995 he
launched an Internet and Information Technology Consulting and
Services business to bring the Internet and its technologies
to the business Hispanic community in the US and to businesses
in Latin America countries. He holds a Master of Science in Computer
Information Systems, a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Information systems, and a
vast specialized training and experience in several IT and
management disciplines. At present, he is currently working on a
Doctoral degree in Business Administration at the
University of Phoenix, and
also performs as a successful IT professional for the
City of Phoenix.

Fernando
Aprile: As the General Manager he is responsible for overseeing all activities
at the main and branch offices and to guide our talented team of professionals
to achieve our mission statement of providing excellent seamless services to
internal and external customers. As a seasoned entrepreneur he has founded and
managed several successful businesses dedicated to provide office equipment
services to for profit and non-profit organizations. He possesses a vast
experience in corporate marketing and sales and has worked toward a Bachelor of
Science degree in Economics at the
Federico Villarreal
University in Lima, Peru.
Jannette
Rodriguez: As our Office Manager, she is in charge of all financial,
accounting, and taxing operations for the company. Some of her many
responsibilities include preparing financial statement, job costing,
financial/tax consulting, annual budgets, etc.
She also manages the human resources
initiatives and is responsible for recruiting, selecting and hiring the best
employees that will assure our company to continue providing quality services to
our prospective and current customers. Her duties also include procurement,
logistics, and public relations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration.
Diana
Dunayevich: Diana is our Marketing Manager and she has brought us
her broad sales and marketing experience in the areas of office equipment
maintenance and telecommunications where she was a top sales performer.
Diana has been with us for over two years having as primary responsibility the
planning, implementation, and monitoring of our company’s marketing strategy,
and she works across a number of disciplines in the marketing mix including
corporate identity development, advertising and coordinating and evaluating the
communication programs that support our
organization.
Victor
Pereyra: Victor works as our IT Manager and is responsible for
corporate servers and LAN administration, as well as to lead the efforts to
plan, deploy, maintain and administer domain, Web Hosting, Website design, and
E-Commerce initiatives for our company. He is also the lead Web developer and
is in charge of Hosting and developing Web projects for our customers. He graduated
from
Federico Villarreal
University with a Bachelor of Science degree in System Engineering and has
extensive experience with Internet technologies in Windows and LINUX platform
using IIS, Apache, ASP, PHP, MySQL, MS SQL, SharePoint Services, among other
technologies.

Julio
Azaldegui: Julio is our Network Expert and is responsible for
providing the network services like installation, maintenance, support and
Windows Network consulting. Julio has graduated with a Bachelor of Science
degree in System Engineering and
with a network certification. He also has a Microsoft certification that let
us have the correct knowledge and experience to successfully provide a great
number of network services. He usually works with the following
technologies: Wired and Wireless Networking, Cisco Networks, LAN, WAN, Windows
Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, etc.
Armando
Garcia: Armando is our Server Expert and is in charge of providing
our server services of installation, consulting, clustering, consolidation and
others. He usually works with the following technologies: Windows Server
2000, Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2005, Virtual Server 2005, VMWAre, etc.
Gloria
Núñez: Gloria works as our Network and Servers Support Representative
and is responsible of working with our clients and solve their helpdesk
tickets. She graduated from
Federico Villarreal
University with a Bachelor of Science degree in System Engineering and has
extensive experience with IT technologies in Windows using: Windows XP Pro,
Windows Server 2003, UltraVNC, Microsoft Project 2005, etc.
Kelly
Torres: She performs the duties of Customer Services Representative
and is responsible for interacting with current and prospective customers to
provide excellent service and information about our line of services. She
ensures that our costumers receive an excellent level of service helping them to
decide what types of products or services would best suit their needs or aid
them in completing purchases or transactions. She also checks the status
of an order that has been placed, assists to purchase additional products or
services and
handles general questions and complaints. She communicates with customers by
phone, e-mail, fax, or regular mail correspondence.
Stefanie
Vitor: She performs the duties of Customer Services Bilingual Representative
and is responsible for interacting with current and prospective English-Spanish
speaking costumers. She studied 3 years of English at ICPNA and
is currently studying at the
Peruvian Technological University (UTP) the mechatronic
engineering career. She provides information and help about the type of products
or services that will fit the customers needs. She also checks the English
language used in the main web site. She communicates by phone, e-mail, fax, or regular mail correspondence.
