Personalized Training Services

Personalized training services are available for all computer levels for only $70 per two hours. Our personal trainers will design a balanced computer program to meet your needs. You can trust that your trainer's advice, attention and encouragement will lead to positive results.

Personal training services include:

  1. All scheduled 2-hour classes and seminars of any level.
  2. Sessions scheduled at your convenience.
  3. A program adjusted in accordance with your needs.

Personalized Training Services

NOT Include

  • Any computer service

  • Connecting new broadband (cable/DSL) service and configuring internet service.

  • Installs or repairs to your system or other equipment.

  • Connecting and configuring wireless network.

  • Removal or storage of old computer from your home

  • Network-related problems or any service related to your system’s operation on a network

  • Moving or rearranging furniture

  • Supplying operating system software, cables or other installation items

  • Additional visits unless more than one visit is purchased

  • Data migration services unless purchased (see Computadoras NET Installation, computer Installation and Data Migration Services)

Customer Responsibilities
To properly effect the personalized training services, customer will have the following responsibilities:
  • All equipment to be used must be located in the immediate area in which the services will take place.
  • When our trainer arrives on-site to perform the service, you agree that although we are providing training services, system and network security are not included in the services and are ultimately your responsibility.
  • Customer must explain to the trainer where the computers and the area in which the services will take place.
  • You must have at least one computer available for the training
  • Ensure proper space, room, furniture, etc, for the number of people receiving the training ( a typical scenario for three participant would be a computer, desk, four chairs, proper light, ventilation, etc)

Other Responsibilities

  • Be available the day of your appointment at the phone number provided when the appointment was scheduled.

  • Be at the site during your scheduled training

  • Relocate, remove and/or backup data on computer used for training

  • Ensure electricity and a local telephone line are accessible.

Important :
  If any items required for training  are not available at the time of the service visit, our trainer will teach you as much as possible.
  The Home & Office site and offers contained here are valid only for end users and not for resellers and/or online auctions. Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. We cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
1 This service does not include resolution of any hardware compatibility problems or any environmental restrictions, removing software viruses, establishing network connections or any activity beyond those set for us. Our service does not include any repair service.
2 Service hours are as shown on the beginning of this page. Your office or home must be located within a 20 mile radius of our location. For every 5 additional miles there will be an extra charge of five dollars. Our personalized training services do not involve configuring any component.
