server needs maintenance (such as security updates) to keep it working smoothly.
As a rule of thumb, it is always more cost-effective to prevent problems than to
solve them, and proper maintenance on your server can do this for you. Our
server maintenance help you keep your servers secure and in excellent working
condition. We have server one time service and contracts that will fit
your needs.

Include
- A visit or remote assistance from one of our professionals
- A test to check if your server is working correctly
- Use windows tools to:
- Cleanup disk
- Defragment disk
- Verify the physical disk
- Registry clean
- Update your operative system and sever applications with the latest
critical patches provided by Microsoft
- Scan your computer with the antivirus installed on your server and
monitor the results.
- Disassemble your server to clean the following hardware:
- CPU's
- Hard Disks
- Power supply
- CD-ROM
- Case
- Coolers
- Detect and kill any virus using the antivirus already installed on your
computer
- Test your server to check it's working properly.
Standard scenario

installed and the server.
- One hour and a half: Use windows tools to provide
maintenance.

Contrato de Mantenimiento Preventivo de Servidores El servicio de mantenimiento preventivo incluye todas aquellas acciones realizadas sobre
un servidor con la finalidad de mantenerlo trabajando en condiciones
específicas para reducir las posibilidades de fallas en él; es decir, prolongar el tiempo de vida útil del
servidor.
Este servicio se brinda bajo dos modalidades
- Solo servicio: Este servicio incluye las visitas de
nuestros técnicos en las fechas previstas. (no incluye cambio de
partes)
- A todo costo: Este servicio incluye las visitas y el
hardware (partes o componentes) necesario para reemplazar aquellas
piezas defectuosas.
Este servicio incluye:
- La revisión de hasta 2 servidores. Si tuviera más servidores el
costo total del contrato aumentará en un 80% por cada 2 servidores
adicionales.
- Una visita mensual por parte de uno de nuestros especialistas a la
dirección indicada a la firma del contrato por un año. Si necesitase cambiar esta
dirección por una ubicación mas lejana a nuestras instalaciones, deberá
comunicarlo con 30 días de anticipación para realizar los ajustes necesarios
al precio total del servicio. Las fechas de las visitas serán
acordadas y adjuntadas al contrato.
- La provisión de los servicios descritos en la sección Incluye al inicio
de esta pagina.
- Si ha elegido un servicio a todo costo, las partes que proveeremos
tendrán la misma capacidad de la unidad reemplazada. No necesariamente
será de la misma marca.
