clients who have a totally operative Windows Server. We offer different
types of contracts.

Your office or home must be located within a 20 mile radius of our location. For
every 5 additional miles there will be an extra charge of five dollars.

Permanent Attention by full-time assigned
technicians to the customer's office or company.
Remote Support specific by occurrence
Best response time due to our certified specialists and our Live Support system,
that allows us to assist you within 2 hours in the case of Technical service by
occurrence and immediately for the maintenance service in our Permanent Attention with Technicians. It
includes the following:
Monthly visit of 1 technician to check informatics environment. He or
she will inform about virus presence and will deliver a Diagnosis Report to
the customer.
Service available 24 x 7 x 365.
Parts
allowance when an immediate repair is impossible
Support for operative systems and applications that
run in Novell Servers, UNIX platforms, LINUX and NT platforms, and in the
terminals.
Does not cover integrity of data and applications, whether it is as
monopost, network or multipost. Customer must have a data management policy,
that should include Data backup and virus protection.

Backup.
Revision and optimization of the hard disk for a quick
and correct information reading.
Detection and deletion of virus.
"Maintenance Report", where the
information of the equipment will be registered.
Service available on 24 x 7 x 365.
Verification of the equipment in concordance to the
Inventory System database provided by the customer.
Our Remote Support through Internet allows us to assist you
at
any time.
